Terms of service
1. Message Taking Services
By subscribing to our message-taking services, we will make every effort to collect and forward messages we receive on the assigned phone number(s) to the contact details you’ve provided. However, due to the nature of the service, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy or timeliness. We’re not responsible for any errors or missed details in messages.
2. What We Don’t Do
If we suspect that our services are being used for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate activities—such as harassment, defamation, or anything else that could damage our reputation—we’ll immediately stop providing the service. We may also report the matter to the authorities. You will be liable for any costs or damages we incur due to these activities.
3. No Reverse Charges or Cost-Sharing
We do not accept reverse charge or collect calls, nor will we cover the cost of someone calling us. It’s your responsibility to ensure the contact number we have on file is operational and staffed. If the number is out of service or unanswered, we won’t be liable for any missed calls or messages.
4. Clear Communication
Sometimes, due to poor connections or unclear speech, we may mishear a message or request. We cannot be held responsible for delivering inaccurate messages if we fail to understand the content of a call properly.
5. Technology Failures
We make every effort to ensure that our services run smoothly, but technology issues beyond our control—such as equipment failures, telecommunications outages, or weather interference—may occur. We cannot be held liable for missed calls or messages due to such issues.
6. Customer Service and Order Taking
We do not handle order taking or provide customer service beyond responding to calls based on pre-approved instructions. Our staff are not familiar with your specific business operations, so if a call or order requires expertise, we may not handle it but will forward the message to you.
7. Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behavior
We will immediately terminate calls from anyone who is abusive, rude, or uses offensive language. If the same person calls again and behaves inappropriately, we reserve the right to refuse the call entirely.
8. Call Limits
We can handle only one call at a time. If your business needs additional capacity, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.
9. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for any legal issues that may arise from your materials or services. If you send us anything that infringes on others’ rights or violates the law, you will be solely liable for addressing those issues. We will not be held responsible.
10. No Refunds
Once you’ve paid for our services, there are no refunds. If you cancel, you will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of the circumstances.
11. Notice Period
Either party may terminate this agreement with a 7-day notice period. You are responsible for notifying us of cancellation in advance, and there will be no refunds provided for services already rendered.
12. Force Majeure
We won’t be held responsible for any failure to provide services caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and the revised terms will apply to any future services you request. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.
14. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of Wisconsin, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
15. No Partnership or Agency
This agreement does not create a partnership or agency relationship between us. We’re providing a service, but we are not responsible for managing or running your business.
16. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between us. Any prior discussions or agreements are superseded unless they’re specifically referenced here in writing. Any changes to this agreement will also be in writing.
